Biryani Bowl
A biryani bowl is a dish commonly found in Indian and South Asian cuisine. It consists of a base layer of fragrant, spiced rice topped with a layer of meat (such as chicken, lamb, or beef) or vegetables and often garnished with nuts, raisins, and herbs. The dish is typically served with raita (a yogurt-based sauce) and/or a spiced gravy or curry on the side. Biryani bowls can be found in traditional restaurants, as well as street vendors and food trucks, and are a popular dish for special occasions and celebrations.
